Submission Instruction
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers that address topics relevant to management, business, economics, and entrepreneurship.
All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review by the Scientific Board to ensure academic integrity, originality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be presented during the conference and included in the I-SMART 1.0 Proceedings (e-ISBN).
Submission Format
1. Language: English
2. File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
3. Paper Length: 6–10 pages, including tables, figures, and references
4. Paper Size: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)
5. Margins: Top 3 cm, Bottom 3 cm, Left 3 cm, Right 3 cm
6. Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt
7. Spacing: 1.0 lines
8. Alignment: Justified
Paper Structure
Each paper should include the following components:
1. Title: concise and informative (maximum 15 words)
2. Author(s) and Affiliation(s): include institutional and email addresses
3. Abstract: 150–250 words, outlining objectives, methods, results, and implications
4. Keywords: 3–5 keywords, separated by commas
5. Introduction: background, research gap, and objectives
6. Research Method: design, data collection, and analysis techniques
7. Results and Discussion: findings with interpretation and comparison to prior studies
8. Conclusion and Recommendations
9. References: formatted using APA 7th edition
