Publication Process

1. Article Submission

Authors are invited to submit their full research papers through the conference submission system in accordance with the official template and submission guidelines. The manuscript must represent original work that has not been previously published or submitted to other conferences or journals.

All submissions must include the complete structure of an academic paper, such as title, abstract, keywords, introduction; theoretical framework; methods; results and discussion; conclusion; implication, limitations, and suggestions; acknowledgement (if any); and references. Authors must submit their manuscripts through the conference submission system in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX).

2. Registration and Payment

After submitting the manuscript, authors are required to complete the conference registration and payment process before the specified deadline. This step confirms the author’s participation in the conference and ensures that the paper will proceed to the review stage.

Only papers from registered authors will be processed further in the review and evaluation stages.

Registration Deadline: June 15, 2026


3. Peer Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by the scientific committee and expert reviewers. Each manuscript will be evaluated based on originality, research methodology, relevance to the conference theme, and its contribution to the academic field.

During this stage, submitted papers will also begin the initial plotting and evaluation process with partner journals collaborating with SICAB, allowing selected manuscripts to receive early editorial consideration and potential publication opportunities.

Review Period: June 20 – July 20, 2026


4. Camera Ready Paper Submission

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the camera-ready version of their manuscript after addressing all reviewer comments and ensuring that the paper follows the official conference template.

This final version will be prepared for inclusion in the conference proceedings and for further consideration in publication opportunities.

Camera Ready Submission: August 5 – 10, 2026


5. Conference Presentation

Accepted papers must be presented during the conference session. This stage provides authors the opportunity to present their research findings, exchange ideas with other scholars, and receive academic feedback.

Only papers that are successfully presented at the conference will be considered for publication and recommendation to partner journals.

Presentation Date: September 2, 2026


6. Paper Recommendation for Publication

Following the conference presentation, selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in collaborating journals or conference proceedings. The editorial team will further evaluate the papers based on their quality and relevance to the publication scope.

The recommendation results will be officially announced to authors after the evaluation process.

Announcement Period: September 10 – October 10, 2026


7. Final Publication

After completing all stages of the publication process, accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings or recommended partner journals in accordance with the publication policies and editorial decisions.

 

Authors will receive official confirmation and publication links once the papers have been successfully published.
