Design And Implementation of a Petty Cash Management System Based On C.Net at PT. Madani Sehat Farma Tasikmalaya City

Pettycash is asum of cash allocatedby a company to coverroutine operational needs of a relatively small value and of an urgent nature. These expenses usually include the purchase of stationery, local transportation costs, meeting consumption, and other unexpected expenses that do not require formal payment procedures. This research uses a descriptive approach. In system development, the method applied is Rapid Application Development, with the supportof analysis tools in the form of Flowmaps, Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity RelationshipDiagrams.ThesystemdesignwascreatedusingMicrosoftVisualStudio2008, theC#(C-Sharp)programminglanguage,andaMicrosoftOfficeAccessdatabase.Theresultsof thisstudyindicatethatthepettycashmanagementsystematPTMadaniSehatFarmaTasikmalaya City is still done manually, namely all transactions are recorded using cash books and excel recapitulations that are not integrated. The proposed information system using Microsoft Visual StudioandtheC#programminglanguagecreatedbytheauthorhasbeenproventohelpfacilitate the petty cash management process at PT Madani Sehat Farma Tasikmalaya City.
