Vol. 1 (2025): International Seminar and Conference on Management, Research, and Transformation (I-SMART 1.0)
Welcome to the Proceedings of the International Seminar and Conference on Management, Research, and Transformation (I-SMART 1.0). This conference was organized as an academic forum for exchanging ideas, presenting research findings, and discussing contemporary developments in management, business, economics, and related fields. I-SMART 1.0 brought together academics, researchers, students, practitioners, and other stakeholders to share knowledge, explore practical solutions, and establish collaborative networks across institutions.
The conference reflected a shared commitment to promoting relevant and impactful research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and responds to emerging challenges in organizations and society. I-SMART 1.0 was held in collaboration with its co-host institutions: Institut Budi Utomo Nasional (INSTBUNAS), Politeknik Triguna Tasikmalaya, the Islamic Economics Study Program of Universitas Siliwangi, and Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. This collaboration enriched the academic exchange and strengthened cooperation among the participating institutions.
