Abstract
This research aims to design and develop an information system that can simplify and streamline the process of recording cash inflows and outflows at the Al-Fatih Indonesia Raya Foundation in Garut Regency. Currently, the recording process is still done manually, making it prone to errors and delays in the preparation of financial reports. With this information system, it is hoped that the financial management process will be more effective, efficient, and accurate. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of four main stages: needs analysis, system design, development, and implementation. This system was built using Microsoft Visual C#.NET as the programming language, with the database managed using Microsoft Access 2016. The result of this research is a design for an information system for recording cash inflows and outflows that can improve the speed, fairness, and security of the foundation's financial data processing. With this system, the foundation is expected to obtain more accurate and easily accessible financial reports, thereby supporting transparency and accountability in the management of organizational funds.
