Abstract

Entering the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, work readiness has become key for university graduates. However, final-year students often face challenges such as career anxiety and the demand for digital skills proficiency. This study aims to analyze the influence of career anxiety and digital skills on the work readiness of the Students of the Management Study Program, Siliwangi University, Class of 2022. This research utilized a quantitative approach with a verificative survey method. The sample consisted of 83 students selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that: (1) career anxiety does not have a significant influence on work readiness; (2) digital skills were proven to have a significant positive influence on work readiness. Simultaneously, both variables explained 52.6% of the variance in work readiness. These findings affirm that digital skills development should be a primary curriculum priority to enhance graduate work readiness, supported by career guidance services to manage student anxiety.
