Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of applying Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in improving raw material cost efficiency. The research employed a quantitative approach based on observations, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of MRP increased scheduling accuracy from 80% to 92% and reduced dead stock from 12% to 5%. Meanwhile, the application of EOQ decreased storage costs from IDR 120,000,000 to IDR 98,000,000. Overall, the integration of both methods proved effective in enhancing inventory control efficiency.
