Abstract

The BPJS of Employment program plays a vital role in providing social protection for workers, particularly in the logistics sector, which involves high occupational risks. This study aims to examine the impact of BPJS of employment on employee performance at PT Duta Media Mandiri, Cibitung, Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method, in which data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 44 respondents who are employees of PT Duta Media Mandiri, Cibitung, and are also registered as active participants of BPJS of Employment. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that BPJS of Employment implementation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This finding suggests that better implementation of BPJS of Employment leads to higher employee performance. The study highlights that social protection, by creating a sense of security and well-being, can enhance motivation, loyalty, and overall productivity among employees.
