Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of employer branding and career development on job interest among final-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2022, Siliwangi University, in the era of the War for Talent. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving students from various study programs. The sample consists of 280 students selected with a simple random technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the assistance of SPSS version 22. The findings reveal that both employer branding and career development have a positive influence on students’ job interest. The better the company’s image and the clearer the opportunities for career advancement, the higher the students’ interest in joining the organization. These results emphasize the importance of employer reputation and career growth prospects in attracting young and qualified talent in an increasingly competitive labor market.
